Morning Assembly
The school day begins with a prayer assembly of almost 45 minutes. All students assemble on the ground in class-wise rows, and the day starts with light standing exercises and daily yoga practice.
This is followed by Vande Mataram and one or two prayers. Students from Class II upward then take turns coming up to the stage or microphone to share a “thought of the day,” while students from Nursery to Class I recite a poem or express themselves in front of the assembly.
Why It Matters
This daily routine is designed to build public-speaking ability and confidence in every student from an early age, alongside the physical benefits of daily light exercise and yoga.
